Dear Carlos, Thank you for your review earlier last week and i'm disappointed to hear about this situation regarding purchased tickets not being resolved to your satisfaction. Really impressed with (for me) the new look entrance and picked up useful information on forthcoming productions. A week or so later we realised our mistake and called Loughborough Town Hall, the Manager said she could see the bookings were made under the same name and address a week apart and agreed we’d made a genuine mistake but refused to refund the money for one of the plays.
I'd been told over the years by locals how good the Loughborough Town Hall panto was but, even so, I was still taken by surprise - what a great evening's entertainment!
