Mr. Coolidge manages Deltec Special Situations Partners, L.P. and is responsible for the firm’s event driven opportunities strategy. He joined Deltec in 2002. Prior to that time, Mr. Coolidge was a Managing Director at Brean Murray & Co. where he was an equities trader. Mr. Coolidge also worked at Kidder Peabody & Co. where he was a Senior Vice President. Mr. Coolidge attended Harvard College and Hunter College and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Lesko is a portfolio manager specializing in emerging market strategies. He manages Deltec Emerging Market Equities, L.P. and directs emerging market investments throughout the firm. He joined Deltec in 2001. Prior to that time, Mr. Lesko was a Managing Director at EastWest Capital Management where he spent 14 years co-managing a global limited partnership invested in emerging market and domestic equities. Mr. Lesko received an AB from Dartmouth College and a BE from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Ms. Vitti is responsible for all of Deltec’s operations, accounting and administrative functions and is the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer. She joined Deltec in 1997. Her previous experience includes financial accounting positions with Lehman Brothers and The Goldman Sachs Trust Company. Ms. Vitti began her career with Arthur Young & Company. She received her BS from Fordham University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York State.

Ms. Scheddin is Deltec’s Head Trader. She joined the firm in 2023. Prior to Deltec, Michele was Head Trader at Chesapeake Asset Management LLC where she worked for approximately 20 years. Her previous work experience included positions at Shroder Investment Management of North America and Hutner Capital Management Inc.

Ms. Dietrich is Executive Assistant to Deltec’s Senior Managing Director and provides  Administrative Assistance to all of Deltec. Her many responsibilities include interacting with clients and providing support to all of Deltec’s employees. She also plays a key support role in the firm’s marketing efforts. She joined the firm in 2019. Prior to her work at Deltec, Ms. Dietrich was a professional actor and also worked in the hospitality industry. She graduated from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor of Music.

As Deltec’s Senior Portfolio Accountant Ms. Kwong is involved in all aspects of portfolio administration and assists with client services. She joined Deltec in 2000. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kwong worked at Sloate, Weisman, Murray & Co. Inc. She graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Mr. Nisanov is an accountant at Deltec. He is responsible for assisting the Controller in all aspects of accounting and interfaces with the Firm’s auditors, fund administrators and clients on a regular basis. Mr. Nisanov joined the firm in 2023. His previous work experience includes positions as tax and staff accountant  at InventWealth CPA, LLC and tax analyst at 1800Accountant. Mr. Nisanov has a Bachelor of Public Accounting,Business Management and Finance from Brooklyn College.

Ms. Ryan is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources at Deltec. She also liases with Deltec’s IT consultants, manages all the day to day premises needs, and provides support to Accounting and Client Services. Ms. Ryan has been with Deltec since 1996.

Mr. Von Reine is responsible for all aspects of operations and works extensively with both Deltec’s clients and Deltec’s prime broker and custodians. He joined the firm in 1994 and previously worked at UBS Securities.
