I have to give these a try when I get cornflakes on my next grocery run. This salty-sweet dessert has only 4 ingredients & comes together in 15 minutes! Loved them; saving this recipe to make time and time again! I’m making up a batch for the grandsons. There’s no baking required and hardly any work involved. My mom used to make these all the time (she’s not a baker) and then eventually we lost the recipe.
So perfect bc my kids don’t really like that cereal plain but they will LOVE this recipe!
Be sure to use the good old-fashioned peanut butter. Just add the sugar, corn syrup and peanut butter in a large glass bowl (or 8 cup measuring bowl) and microwave for about 3-5 minutes until bubbly, stirring often.
