Visit the property and enjoy the view, but buy a normally priced bottle in the wine shop and enjoy it somewhere else. It is topped w/melted cheese. I highly recommend checking this place out. However, after our experience at Mission Hill we are truly grateful we stayed home in the Okanagan since we had such an incredible experience! We ate well. We will be back! Overall menu is not too wide but everything we tried plus other items was/looked delicious.

Can a gluten free person get a good meal at this restaurant? Not enough for a full experience with the food. 100% markup I can see somewhere else, but not on property. Yes, per the other responses, they have a mix of regular menu and some sharing items. At first we were a bit upset that we couldn’t travel...somewhere due to Covid to celebrate our anniversary. Masks are NOT required while you are at your table Thank you all for your continued support of local restaurants! Perfect setting. Baby back ribs cooked perfectly, succulent meat fell off the bone! The service was fantastic too. The zinc bar is really nice, great look. Not really a big deal. Voted number one on Trip Advisor for restaurants in West Lothian for 4 consecutive years, The Terrace is open for 3 afternoons per week and 1 evening sitting.
No matter how good the food, service and view was, the small portions and price of the wine left a very bad taste in our mouth. Massive manicured grounds and commanding architecture creates a stunning impression. Our waitress Delta P was excellent. Lunch. Take home dessert was upside down walnut apple pie with vanilla ice cream whipped cream and caramel sauce. We also ordered two desserts a cheesecake and a fudge brownie.Both aste really good.
Always no the menu well and any specials as well. A little while after that, the waitress came to clear plates off the table and as she did, she said "Keep your fork, I ordered you two more eggs."
