Is Chrome on the machine? Have you tried uninstalling office and then reinstalling it? Tried uninstalling with IOBitUninstaller and reinstalled it and still not working. Logged in under my admin credentials and still doesn't work. Error still exists. Start Outlook in safe mode, if it helps.
