Chima Brazilian Steakhouse is one of those restaurants that got its start with an owner who fell in love with Brazilian cuisine and wanted to bring their unique method of dining to the US. What a disappointment overall.
About 5 mins later we received the text that our table was ready. The skewered chicken was dry and rubbery; I could barely get thru the first bite and had to set it aside. Go to a traditional steakhouse, save your money, and get a decent meal.

Unfortunately, I noticed a few servers placing the meat skewer tip on guest 1/2 eaten plates (vs the skewer serving plate); going from guest to guest.
They only reason that I did not give 5 stars was that I felt it was a bit overpriced. I commend the manager for tactfully preventing a full face plant, and subsequent lawsuit. You will be surrounded by ravenous carnivores eating meat, meat with extra meat on the side. Please do not hesitate on asking our meat chefs for you favorite meat cuts cooked as your liking next time your visit us.
Been here 3 times and still have to beg for ribeye! The food was actually pretty good. Hi Scott, thanks for sharing your experience dining with us during restaurant week. Sadly, what was once a novel and pleasant experience is not worth the time nor money. I had to put salt on every single piece I got.
